We are looking for a reliable, well-organized, and responsible Office & Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling daily office administration, basic logistics coordination, and supporting management with smooth day-to-day operations. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily office administration and routine office tasks
- Coordinate logistics activities such as deliveries, collections, and basic transport arrangements
- Support coordination between staff, management, suppliers, and visitors
- Maintain office records, files, and basic documentation
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and appointments professionally
- Monitor and manage office supplies, stationery, and basic inventory
- Assist management with follow-ups, scheduling, and coordination tasks
- Perform occasional outdoor tasks when required (bank, courier, deliveries, etc.)
Requirements:
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Well-organized, punctual, and dependable
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Previous experience in office administration or logistics coordination is an advantage
