Store Executive

Job Purpose

To ensure parts stock at optimum level as required for smooth operations of the business.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in creating article master data as and when required to ensure correct data on the system.
  • Oversees supply of parts requirement for all branches thereby ensuring sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Periodically analyse and update parts movement trends and categorize accordingly for reorder levels.
  • Oversees upkeep of warehouse and maintenance of parts transport vehicles
  • Assist in insurance claims for parts damaged during transit / discrepancies
  • Assist in tracking shipments and coordinate with logistics for parts consignment to ensure stocks are received on time.
  • Ensures regulatory requirements are in line for the warehouse facility.
Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Diploma / Bachelor Degree, preferably in Supply Chain or Automotive indu

Experience

  • 1-3 years’ experience where 1 years in a similar role preferably within the same industry

Knowledge & Skills

  • Excellent negotiation skills and influencing skills
  • Well organised & effective plans in all situations.
  • Methodical approach for better inputs, result oriented
  • Can work under pressure with deadlines and able to work independently.
  • Sets and achieve highest work standard at all the times.
  • Good analytical skills and technical expertise
