Full job description
This is a full-time, on-site Event Planner position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Event Planner will be responsible for organizing and managing events, creating event strategies, selecting gifts for events & occasions, coordinating with vendors and clients, and ensuring the successful execution of events. The role involves budget planning, developing event timelines, and collaborating with internal teams to meet objectives while adhering to timelines and budgetary constraints.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Event Planning and Event Management to design, organize, and oversee successful events.
- Proficiency in Communication and Sales for building relationships with clients and negotiating contracts effectively.
- Experience in Budgeting to manage event costs efficiently and allocate resources responsibly.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management capabilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and an ability to work in high-pressure environments.
- Familiarity with event planning software or tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
