Job Description

  • Greet guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude and provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor the pool area to ensure safety and comfort for all guests.
  • Enforce pool rules and regulations in a courteous manner.
  • Set up and maintain poolside furniture, including chairs, towels, umbrellas, and tables.
  • Assist guests with pool-related inquiries or concerns, offering recommendations or guidance as needed.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the pool area by picking up trash, wiping down surfaces, and ensuring proper disposal of waste.
  • Take guest orders, provide recommendations, and deliver drinks promptly.
  • Respond promptly to guest needs, such as providing towels, or ensuring seating arrangements are comfortable.
  • Monitor pool area for any safety hazards and address any risks promptly.
  • Report any accidents, injuries, or incidents to management and follow appropriate safety procedures.
  • Ensure the area is compliant with health and safety regulations, including pool hygiene standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in hospitality setting is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
