Job Description
- Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, and work surfaces.
- Dispose of kitchen waste properly and assist with waste management.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks when required.
- Ensure cleaning supplies and materials are stocked and used properly.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company hygiene standards.
- Report any maintenance or equipment issues to the supervisor.
- Assist with receiving and storing kitchen deliveries.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods.
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Team player with good communication skills.
