Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand Corteco’s presence in the Middle East.
- Identify and engage with key distributors, workshops, and partners in the region.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and after-sales support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams including product management, logistics, and marketing to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for senior management.
- Represent Corteco at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings in the region.
- Ensure compliance with regional regulations and company policies in all sales activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the automotive aftermarket sector.
- Proven track record of success in the Middle East market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
