Job Summary:
The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for managing the reception area, welcoming visitors, handling calls, and providing administrative and customer support to ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails
  • Manage visitor logbooks and issue visitor passes
  • Coordinate and guide candidates for interviews to the HR department
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area
  • Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to visitors and staff when required
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming documents and couriers
  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
  • Support HR and Admin teams with day-to-day coordination
  • Ensure office supplies at the front desk are well stocked
  • Follow company policies, safety, and confidentiality guidelines

Requirements & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma preferred)
  • Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is an advantage
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Presentable, polite, and customer-oriented personality
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email)
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
