Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure high service standards.
• Identify and secure prime new locations using your local network.
• Stay on top of key events in Abu Dhabi to position the concept in the right opportunities.
• Develop and execute operational strategies that support growth and profitability.
• Ensure sales targets and operational efficiency go hand-in-hand.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and local authority regulations at all times.
• Lead and motivate the team toward efficient and seamless operations.

Who You Are:

• Experienced in operational management within F&B or retail.
• Strong understanding of food safety standards and operational compliance.
• Well-connected locally, with a knack for spotting both location and event opportunities.
• Strategic, yet hands-on, executing plans that drive growth and sales.
