Job Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Across Regions:
Lead offline sales efforts for accessories and electronics in UAE, MENA, GCC, and India, focusing on wholesale, retail, and B2B markets. - Develop Strategic Partnerships:
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, resellers, and key accounts to generate consistent high-volume orders. - Identify and Capture Market Opportunities:
Research and penetrate new markets, customer segments, and geographies to expand PCS Wireless’s regional footprint. - Manage Product Portfolio:
Take ownership of high-demand SKUs including Apple Genuine Accessories, Watches, and AirPods both brand new and used. - Negotiate and Close Deals:
Handle pricing, payment terms, and contract negotiations to maximize profit margins and ensure customer satisfaction. - Meet and Exceed Sales Targets:
Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly volume and revenue goals. - Coordinate with Internal Teams:
Work closely with procurement, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment, stock planning, and after-sales support. - Represent PCS in the Market:
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company’s products and forge new business relationships. - Provide Market Intelligence:
Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and industry trends to inform sales strategies and product decisions.
Who You Are:
- A highly experienced sales professional with 4+ years of proven success in B2B, wholesale, and offline sales of accessories, or consumer electronics.
- You have a strong network of contacts across UAE, GCC, MENA, and India — including distributors, retailers, resellers, and corporate buyers.
- You bring deep knowledge of the consumer electronics and accessories market, with a focus on high-demand products such as wireless earphones, smartwatches, styluses, adapters, cables, and protective cases.
- You are a skilled negotiator and deal-closer, capable of leading full sales cycles and confidently handling high-volume transactions.
- You possess an entrepreneurial mindset — self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
- You’re both strategic and hands-on — able to shape market strategy while actively engaging with clients, conducting in-person visits, and closing deals.
- You’re willing to travel across regional markets to meet customers, attend events, and grow the business.
- You have excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to represent the brand professionally and build long-term partnerships.
