Job title: Administrative Assistant

Job position: Dubai Deira, UAE

Job Summary:

The Administrative assistant is responsible for making invoices, registering sales and purchases, documents processing and assisting in the office. This role requires strong communication skills and a results-driven attitude.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Knowledge of management and invoicing software (especially Wingold)
  • Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Accounting.
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • High level of professionalism.
  • Spoken French preferred

Working hours: 6 hours per day, 6 days a week
