What you will do

MARKETING AND ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage scheduling and meetings for the Regional Director of Marketing
  • Provide personal administrative assistance to the Regional Director of Marketing
  • Manage travel organization and expenses for the Regional Director of Marketing
  • Monitor, review and report on all marketing and PR activity and results.
  • Process quotations, service agreements and booking orders, raise LPOs, deliveries and timely submission of invoices.
  • Manage hotel communications including elevator screens, in-room TVs, in-room screens
  • Coordinate professional video and photography shoots as needed
  • Manage and update content on the company’s website and mobile app
  • Manage and ensure up-to-date information on hotel and partner websites
  • Comply with Four Seasons standards for sales and marketing, while working harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and planning committee
  • Ensure that all hotel promotions, advertising, and collateral are in keeping with Four Seasons image and reflect the highest level of professionalism in content and presentation
  • Be a brand ambassador to Four Seasons at all times , both in and out of the hotel and on personal social media accounts.

PR, CONTENT & SOCIAL MEDIA

  • Should have excellent verbal and written English
  • Community management and reviews on OTAs (Google, TripAdvisor, Booking.com, Expedia)
  • Monitor all engagement activity across hotel’s social media accounts – Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter
  • Review media and influencer requests, provide recommendations
  • Coordinate media stays, restaurant and spa reservations
  • Produce influencer hosting reports
  • Manage the press room and image library
  • Using company platforms, measure and report on social media and digital statistics
  • Weekly summary of press coverage for internal distribution
