Full job description

Duties:

  • Preparation of Submittals, Prequalification & LPOs and Invoices.
  • Preparation of sales presentations, letters, sales reports and proposals.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and product demonstrations.
  • Maintain sales log and other documents
  • Collecting offers from Suppliers from local and international market.
  • Respond to Customer inquiries and emails
  • Answer phone calls and other Admin tasks

Requirement :

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-3 Years Experience as Sales Coordinator in UAE
  • Attention to details
  • Proficient in MS Office – Excel, Word, PP/Presentation is Mandatory
  • Good communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
