Position Summary:
Responsible for providing excellent guest service at the reception by handling check-in, check-out, reservations, guest inquiries, and ensuring a smooth guest experience in line with hotel standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
- Manage guest complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Process payments accurately and maintain cash/credit transactions securely.
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs.
- Maintain a neat, professional appearance and uphold hotel service standards.
Requirements:
- Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in hotel systems/PMS is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays.
