Full job description

Position Summary:
Responsible for providing excellent guest service at the reception by handling check-in, check-out, reservations, guest inquiries, and ensuring a smooth guest experience in line with hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
  • Manage guest complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
  • Process payments accurately and maintain cash/credit transactions securely.
  • Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs.
  • Maintain a neat, professional appearance and uphold hotel service standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel systems/PMS is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays.
