Job Summary
Golden Bricks Worldwide Real Estate is seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Telesales Executive. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and the ability to build trust with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients.
- Handle inbound inquiries and qualify leads based on customer requirements.
- Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and offers clearly and persuasively.
- Follow up with leads regularly to convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on ongoing projects, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or real estate sales (preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong persuasion and closing abilities.
- Ability to handle objections and work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of real estate concepts is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional attitude.
