HR Assistant

Full job description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations. The role involves assisting with recruitment coordination, employee documentation, HR administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities including CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding documentation
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
  • Assist in preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and HR correspondence
  • Support payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance tracking
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Handle employee queries and provide administrative HR support
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal HR guidelines

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role (UAE experience preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of UAE Labour Law
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
