We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations. The role involves assisting with recruitment coordination, employee documentation, HR administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities including CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding documentation
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
- Assist in preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and HR correspondence
- Support payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance tracking
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives
- Handle employee queries and provide administrative HR support
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal HR guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role (UAE experience preferred)
- Basic knowledge of UAE Labour Law
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
