Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle general office tasks as well as assisting the PRO, including coordinating with the clients, emailing, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
  • Handle document collection, submission, and follow-ups with government entities (e.g., visa applications, license renewals)
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and reports
  • Manage deliveries, pickups, and other errands as needed
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external contacts professionally
  • Assistance with other PRO-related work
  • Proven experience as an Office Assistant
  • Good knowledge of UAE labor and immigration procedures
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Fluent in English.
  • Freshers are welcome.
  • Can join immediately

Salary: 2,500 – 3,000 AED (depending on the experience)
