Job Description

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily farm operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
• Manage farm facilities, including stables, with a strong focus on hygiene and disease prevention.
• Supervise and control livestock feeding programs to ensure proper nutrition and animal health.
• Review existing work processes and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and results.
• Propose and support new projects and technologies that can improve farm performance based on professional expertise.
• Monitor staff performance and participate in employee evaluation and development.

Job Requirements

• Degree from the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Food (Animal Production or related field).
• Degree in Veterinary Medicine will be considered an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in livestock farming.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role is a plus.
• Good knowledge of English; knowledge of an additional foreign language will be an advantage.
