We are seeking a proactive and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead a field cleaning team responsible for maintaining LED streetlight installations along the Abu Dhabi–Al Ain highway. This role ensures all cleaning activities near electrical and road infrastructure are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and client standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of cleaners and helpers assigned to the streetlight project.
• Plan and allocate cleaning schedules for field teams across designated highway sections.
• Monitor work quality, site safety, and adherence to environmental and utility regulations.
• Maintain accurate digital records of daily work logs, attendance, and material usage.
• Coordinate with the O&M management team to address field issues, equipment needs, and resource allocation.
• Conduct toolbox talks and ensure safety procedures are followed during cleaning near electrical installations.
• Report maintenance observations, damages, or incidents promptly to management.
• Train and guide team members to achieve consistent cleaning performance and safety standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in cleaning or maintenance within industrial, utility, or infrastructure projects (experience in streetlight or O&M environments preferred).
• Strong English/Hindi communication skills – both written and spoken.
• Computer literate – able to prepare reports and communicate via email, MS Office, and mobile applications.
• Valid UAE driver’s license is an advantage.
• Must be willing to work in outdoor/field environments along highways.
