MySyara Auto care is looking for two motivated and responsible Retail Executives (RE) to join our team in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing auto parts-related tasks, handling workshop quotations, and supporting daily operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle auto parts requirements for the workshop

Prepare and manage quotations for vehicles and repairs

Coordinate with workshop teams for parts and inspection needs

Maintain and monitor stock and inventory records

Manage customer-related data and basic statistics

Assist with vehicle inspection and documentation

Ensure smooth coordination between parts, workshop, and customers

The cash flow

Requirements & Skills:

Good command of English (spoken and written)

Basic to good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail

Ability to work quickly and efficiently

Previous experience in auto workshop or parts handling is a plus

Working Hours:

10:00 AM to 08:00 PM

Additional Information:

Candidate must have own valid visa
