We’re Hiring: Real Estate Listing Agent (Arabic Speaker – Al Reem Island Expert)

Urban Nest Property Management is expanding and is seeking a results-driven Real Estate Listing Agent to work on a commission per deal basis.

This role is suitable for an experienced agent with strong market knowledge of Al Reem Island, existing owner connections, and a clear understanding of the new Madhmoun regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and secure exclusive listings in Al Reem Island
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners
• Ensure all listings are compliant with the latest Madhmoun laws
• Prepare and manage property listings on major portals
• Handle negotiations and close deals independently

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year real estate experience in Abu Dhabi
• Arabic speaker (mandatory)
• Proven expertise in Al Reem Island
• Must have existing owner connections
• Familiarity with new Madhmoun regulations
• Strong closing and negotiation skills

Compensation:

• Commission paid per successfully closed deal
• High earning potential based on performance

Location: Abu Dhabi – Al Reem Island
Experience: 1+ year (UAE mandatory)
