We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and maintaining long-term customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, emails, and meetings
- Present and promote company products/services to potential clients
- Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions
- Follow up with prospects and close sales deals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with the marketing and support teams to improve conversions
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory)
