Full job description

  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, dishwashing area, storage areas, and equipment at all times
  • Wash, sanitize, dry, and properly store dishes, cutlery, glassware, and kitchen utensils
  • Clean kitchen floors, walls, drains, workstations, and waste areas according to daily cleaning schedules
  • Handle waste management and garbage disposal in compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations
  • Operate dishwashing machines and other cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times
  • Support chefs and kitchen staff during service and closing operations
  • Use and store cleaning chemicals safely and correctly
  • Comply with all health and safety policies of the restaurant
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Supervisor
