Full job description
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, dishwashing area, storage areas, and equipment at all times
- Wash, sanitize, dry, and properly store dishes, cutlery, glassware, and kitchen utensils
- Clean kitchen floors, walls, drains, workstations, and waste areas according to daily cleaning schedules
- Handle waste management and garbage disposal in compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations
- Operate dishwashing machines and other cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times
- Support chefs and kitchen staff during service and closing operations
- Use and store cleaning chemicals safely and correctly
- Comply with all health and safety policies of the restaurant
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Supervisor
