We are seeking a highly motivated Site Supervisor cum Engineer to oversee and manage daily construction activities at project sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising labor, ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, and maintaining quality, safety, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site operations for building construction projects
• Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and standards
• Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor site progress and ensure work completion within scheduled timelines
• Manage and supervise site manpower and subcontractor teams
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control at all stages of construction
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations
• Prepare daily site reports, progress reports, and material requisitions
• Identify and resolve technical issues and site challenges
• Ensure proper usage and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials
• Assist in quantity checking, measurements, and work certification
• Report delays, risks, and issues to project management promptly

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in building contracting projects
• Strong knowledge of building construction methods and materials
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Experience working in UAE construction projects is preferred
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of project planning and site documentation
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
