We are hiring Call Center Sales Agent with experience in the aesthetic or beauty industry to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, skilled in sales conversion, and able to communicate fluently in multiple languages while delivering an excellent client experience.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, consult potential clients about aesthetic services, and convert leads into bookings or sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls in a professional manner
• Present and sell aesthetic services and packages to prospective clients
• Close leads into paid bookings and packages
• Push upgrades, packages, and promotions
• Overcome objections confidently and aggressively
• Follow up relentlessly until the deal is closed
• Hit daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
• Maintain accurate records using CRM system
• Provide exceptional customer service in multiple languages

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Call Center Sales Agent
• Previous experience in aesthetics, beauty, or cosmetic clinics is required
• Fluent in multiple languages (strong advantage)
• Strong phone communication and closing skills
• Excellent objection-handling skills
• Comfortable working under pressure and strict KPIs
• Money-motivated mindset
