A leading construction and electromechanical contracting company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a qualified Warehouse & Purchasing Manager with hands-on experience in warehouse operations, procurement, and accounting systems. The ideal candidate will oversee warehouse activities and purchasing department functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complete warehouse operations including receiving, storage, issuing materials, and periodic inventory counts to ensure accuracy in the accounting system.
  • Handle procurement processes: sourcing suppliers, issuing RFQs, negotiating contracts, purchase orders, and delivery follow-up until goods receipt.
  • Monitor inventory levels, generate stock reports, and coordinate reorder points with project teams to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Ensure proper material storage conditions, compliance with HSE standards, and FIFO inventory rotation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience managing warehouse operations and purchasing in construction/electromechanical sectors.
  • Proven proficiency in accounting software (ERP systems like Odoo preferred) and inventory management programs.
  • Strong Excel skills for reporting, PO tracking, and cost analysis.
  • Excellent negotiation, organization, and team leadership abilities; Arabic/English bilingual preferred.

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience with construction materials inventory (HVAC, electrical, finishing materials).
  • Knowledge of UAE procurement regulations and e-invoicing requirements.
  • Ability to prepare accurate stock reports, purchase ledgers, and variance analysis.
