Full job description
We are looking for a Purchase Assistant & Data Entry to join our team in Abu Dhabi – Mussafah, to support daily purchasing operations, accurate data entry, and supplier follow-up.
Hands-on experience with the Tally system is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately and quickly enter purchase invoices using the Tally system.
Issue and follow up on Purchase Orders / Job Orders.
Coordinate daily with suppliers regarding order confirmation and delivery schedules.
Match Purchase Orders with invoices and delivered quantities.
Organize and archive all purchasing documents.
Maintain and update supplier records and pricing.
Prepare basic purchasing reports using MS Excel.
Support smooth procurement operations and ensure timely material availability.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or data entry.
Proven working knowledge of the Tally system (mandatory).
Fast and accurate data entry skills.
Good command of English (spoken and written).
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Experience in building materials, trading, or contracting companies.
Good understanding of the full purchasing cycle from order issuance to delivery.
Professional communication skills with suppliers via email and WhatsApp.
Ability to identify and report discrepancies in prices, quantities, or deliveries.
High level of commitment to company procedures and data accuracy.
Strong follow-up skills with quick response to suppliers and internal teams.
Willingness to commit to a long-term position.
Experience with other ERP systems (such as SAP) is an added advantage.

This position focuses on purchase support, data entry, and supplier coordination only and does not include accounting or contract management responsibilities.
