We are looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Associate to support our purchasing and supply chain functions. The role requires managing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods while maintaining accurate records and reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, process, and track purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- Source new suppliers and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to secure the best value.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal teams to maintain optimal inventory.
- Prepare procurement reports and ensure timely updates in the system.
- Reconcile purchase orders, deliveries, and invoices with finance.
- Analyze supplier performance and recommend improvements.
- Support the procurement team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain (1–2 years preferred).
- Knowledge of Imports will be a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of purchase order processes and vendor management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
