Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle walk-in customers, phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp sales inquiries
  • Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and close sales
  • Coordinate with outdoor sales and warehouse team for order processing
  • Maintain customer records and update sales reports
  • Provide product information and recommend suitable safety solutions

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in indoor / counter sales (trading company preferred)
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic ERP systems
