We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented F&B Waitress with previous restaurant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and multitasking skills and have a passion for providing exceptional service to our guests. The role involves ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience through attentive service, knowledge of the menu, and maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Present menus, explain specials, and answer questions about the menu items.
• Take food and drink orders, process orders accurately, and relay them to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring all orders are complete and correct.
• Check with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables and maintaining a neat and tidy environment.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately using the restaurant’s POS system.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including food handling and sanitation protocols.
• Upsell menu items, drinks, or promotions to increase revenue.
• Assist with other duties as needed, including restocking supplies, assisting with opening and closing duties, and helping fellow team members.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waitress or server in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairings.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy and fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Basic math skills for handling payments and calculating bills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Knowledge of restaurant POS systems (preferred).

Preferred Requirements

• Previous experience in fine dining restaurants.
• Fluent in English languages.
