Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Maintain organized records and filing systems (digital & physical)
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and professional documents
  • Perform secure and accurate data entry and database management.
  • Assist with scheduling, travel arrangements, and internal coordination
  • Day to day work depending on the company requirements.
  • Support management with administrative tasks as required
  • Quotation and follow-ups etc.
  • Document controlling work

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years proven experience in administrative or office support roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) & CRM
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
