Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Reservations Agent. The Reservations Agent will be responsible for handling guest reservations, maintaining efficient communication via phone and email, providing excellent customer service to meet customer satisfaction, and supporting receptionist duties when required. The role also involves ensuring accurate record-keeping and contributing to the seamless operation of the reservations department.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Phone Etiquette with experience in handling inbound and outbound calls professionally.
  • Proficiency in Reservations processes, including booking systems and availability management.
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure guest satisfaction and deliver a positive experience.
  • Excellent Communication skills to engage effectively with guests and team members.
  • Ability to perform Receptionist Duties such as efficiently managing guest inquiries and assisting with administrative tasks.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality sector or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and maintain professionalism at all times.
