We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts & Admin Assistant to support daily accounting and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will assist with basic accounting tasks, office administration, and coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Support

  • Assist with daily accounting entries and record-keeping
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
  • Maintain accounts payable and receivable records
  • Support bank reconciliations and expense tracking
  • Organize and maintain financial documents and files
  • Assist in month-end closing and basic reports

Administrative Support

  • Handle general office administration and documentation
  • Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence
  • Maintain employee records and attendance data
  • Assist with procurement, office supplies, and vendor coordination
  • Support HR and management with administrative tasks as required

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles (UAE experience preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with accounting software is an advantage
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
