We are looking for a receptionist(Arabic Speaker) who is responsible for creating a professional, organized, and welcoming front-office environment. The role supports daily office operations, manages visitor flow and communications, and provides administrative assistance to ensure smooth coordination across teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors in a polite and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and respond to emails promptly
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Maintain reception area, visitor logs, and office supplies
- Support administrative and documentation tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient office operations
Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic & English (spoken and written)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Organized, attentive, and service-oriented
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
