We are looking for a receptionist(Arabic Speaker) who is responsible for creating a professional, organized, and welcoming front-office environment. The role supports daily office operations, manages visitor flow and communications, and provides administrative assistance to ensure smooth coordination across teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors in a polite and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and respond to emails promptly
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Maintain reception area, visitor logs, and office supplies
  • Support administrative and documentation tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient office operations

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Arabic & English (spoken and written)
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Organized, attentive, and service-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
