Job Description:
Habico Properties, a leading real estate firm located in Business Bay, is seeking a reliable and professional Admin cum Receptionist to join our growing team. This role combines front desk management with administrative support duties, including direct assistance to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general office correspondence
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and property viewings
  • Register new projects, agents, and client leads with major developers (e.g., Emaar, Damac, Sobha, etc.)
  • Provide executive support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and task coordination
  • Prepare and organize documentation, property listings, and marketing materials
  • Maintain updated records and internal databases
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and uphold a professional reception area
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO when required
  • Perform general administrative duties and office tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role, preferably in real estate
  • Experience supporting senior management or C-level executives is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Must be currently based in Dubai; immediate joiners preferred
  • Prepared female
