Full job description
Accounting Duties:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in our accounting system.
- Record daily transactions including invoices, payments, expenses, and bank entries.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely collections and payments.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, reconciliations, and expense breakdowns.
- Support payroll preparation and staff reimbursements.
- Assist with VAT filings, compliance, and coordination with external auditors when needed.
- Provide insights and support management with budgeting and financial forecasting.
Administrative Duties:
- Oversee daily office operations and maintain smooth administrative workflows.
- Maintain and organize company records, contracts, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and service providers.
- Manage basic HR functions such as attendance tracking, leave schedules, and employee records.
- Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and communication between departments.
- Support the management team with ad hoc tasks and operational requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting and administrative roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software’s.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
- Understanding of UAE VAT regulations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
