Role Summary

We are seeking an Office Assistant to oversee pantry services, maintain office cleanliness, and support administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and water for staff and guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness of pantry, reception, offices, and meeting rooms.
  • Clean utensils, cups, and manage pantry stock levels.
  • Keep restrooms and common areas tidy throughout the day.
  • Assist in arranging and setting up meeting rooms.
  • Run small errands such as delivering documents within the office.
  • Support admin/reception staff when required.
  • Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (office/pantry/housekeeping).
  • Basic English communication skills (Tagalog an advantage).
  • Presentable, polite, and trustworthy personality.
  • Must be currently in UAE and preferably on Husband or Family Visa.
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice.

Working Hours & Benefits

  • Schedule: 6 days per week, 9 hours/day (including breaks).
  • Benefits: Company-provided medical insurance, and annual leave as per UAE Labour Law.
  • Compensation: Competitive salary (to be discussed during interview).
