Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist members and guests with professionalism and warmth
- Answer walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and emails regarding memberships, schedules, and bookings
- Oversee and manage front desk shifts to ensure full coverage
- Maintain accurate member records and handle sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations
- Ensure the front desk is clean, organized, and ready for operations
- Support event coordination and promotional activities
- Respond effectively to emergencies in line with company protocols
- Assist with incoming mail and package distribution
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Work Schedule:
Rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.
Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist, customer service representative, or similar role (preferably in fitness or hospitality).
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic or Chinese is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Professional, well-groomed appearance with a friendly attitude.
- Reliable, responsible, and capable of working independently.
- Comfortable with rotating shifts and fast-paced environments.
