We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Clerk to handle daily office operations and support administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be responsible, punctual, and able to manage routine office duties efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily office tasks as required
  • Maintain office cleanliness, organization, and supplies
  • Dispatch goods and documents to couriers in a timely manner
  • Receive, record, and manage incoming parcels and deliveries
  • Maintain basic office records and files
  • Assist with general administrative and clerical work
  • Support team members with office-related tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Email preferred)
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented
  • Prior office experience is an advantage but not mandatory
