Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive (Outdoor Sales) who is a core sales professional with strong exposure to Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Construction, or PPE industries. The role involves field sales, client acquisition, and business development across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through outdoor/core sales activities
• Handle key clients in Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Construction, and PPE sectors
• Conduct regular client and site visits to promote products and services
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, and procurement teams
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

• 3 to 8 years of experience in Outdoor / Field Sales (Core Sales)
• Industry experience in Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Construction, or PPE
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Valid UAE Driving License – Mandatory
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Good understanding of the UAE market

Salary & Benefits:

• AED 6,000 – 7,000 per month
• Attractive incentive / commission structure
