Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable, highly organized Assistant to manage day-to-day administrative operations, customer coordination, shop coordination, permits, and logistics. The role is hands-on and requires someone who can multitask, follow up strictly, and ensure all orders and deadlines are executed smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative work
  • Work in close coordination with management for updates, approvals, and priorities
  • Coordinate with customers, shop staff, florists, and drivers
  • Handle orders end-to-end (confirmation, preparation, dispatch, delivery)
  • Ensure all orders, events, and deliveries meet deadlines
  • Manage logistics, routing, and delivery schedules
  • Issue, track, and follow up on permits (mall, events, shop management)
  • Maintain order records, trackers, and documentation
  • Monitor inventory requirements and flag shortages in advance
  • Coordinate with vendors and external service providers when needed
  • Handle WhatsApp, calls, and emails professionally
  • Track delivery confirmations and resolve issues immediately
  • Maintain confidentiality and brand standards at all times
