We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our fashion retail team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, drive sales, and ensure the store maintains high visual and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding suitable products
• Provide accurate product knowledge, styling advice, and size recommendations
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
• Replenish stock and assist with inventory control
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally
• Follow company policies, procedures, and UAE retail regulations
• Support promotions, sales events, and new product launches
• Upselling and Cross Selling

Requirements & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in fashion or retail sales is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Basic English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage)
• Ability to stand for long periods and handle retail tasks
