Job Requirements
The Electronic Merchandiser (Promoter) is responsible for promoting, demonstrating, and selling electronic products within retail outlets. The role focuses on increasing brand visibility, ensuring proper product display, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. The promoter acts as a brand ambassador and plays a key role in driving customer engagement and sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Actively promote and demonstrate electronic products to customers in retail outlets.
- Demonstrate product features, specifications, and benefits clearly and accurately.
- Maintain clean, organized, and attractive product displays.
- Answer customer inquiries and handle objections confidently.
- Monitor product availability and inform management of low stock levels.
- Ensure price tags, promotional materials, and signage are accurate and visible.
- Ensure products are displayed according to brand guidelines and planograms.
- Monitor stock movement and prevent shortages or overstocking and assist in receiving, checking, and arranging stock.
- Report damaged, missing, or defective items immediately.
- Maintain punctuality, proper grooming, and professional conduct.
- Submit daily sales reports and feedback to the supervisor.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum High School / Diploma
- 1–3 years’ experience in electronics retail sales or promotion (preferred).
- Good knowledge of electronic products and current market trends.
- Fluency in Hindi (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
