We are looking for a professional and well-organized Receptionist / Admin Assistant / to join our Head Office in Dubai Media City. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers while providing vital administrative and secretarial support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
- Welcome visitors and clients with a warm, professional approach.
- Answer, screen, and route phone calls efficiently.
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Keep the reception area neat and presentable at all times.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor appointments.
Administrative Support:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to internal departments.
- Maintain records, handle filing, and manage office supplies.
- Assist with internal communication and event coordination.
- Liaise with service providers, vendors, and internal teams.
Secretarial Tasks:
- Draft correspondence, emails, and meeting agendas.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel as needed.
- Handle Ad-hoc tasks for the company MD.
- Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English – both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Punctual, patient, and possesses a professional image and attitude.
- Must be based in the UAE.
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must have good administration and organization skills.
