Customer Service Job Responsibilities
-Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, or in person
-Provide accurate information about products or services
-Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction
-Process orders, returns, or service requests
-Maintain customer records and update systems
-Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved
-Work closely with other departments to support customers
Receptionist Job Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Manage appointments and meeting schedules
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization
- Support administrative tasks such as filing and data entry

Work 6 days – 9 AM to 7 PM , Sunday off
