Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • To liaise with members of the public and give advice on the car park facilities and any parking issues in a courteous manner, ensuring that our customer care policy is always adhered to.
  • Responsible for accepting all types of payments Cash, Debit or Credit cards.
  • To handle the membership, invoicing, and call centre related jobs in the car park.

Qualifications:

  • Good English Communication skills and customer service are required.
  • Sending Emails and answering phone calls for inquiries experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of Customer service experience (required)

What We Offer:

  • Salary: AED 2,400.00 + Visa and medical insurance provided.
  • 12-hour rotational shift, 6 days a week.
