We are hiring a Customer Service & Operations Documentation Assistant to join our team in Dubai. This is an office-based role focused on customer support, administrative coordination, and handling official documents.

The ideal candidate should be organized, professional, and comfortable working in a multi-tasking environment with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:Administrative & Documentation:

  • Handle daily office operations and document management.
  • Prepare, draft, and follow up on official documents, emails, letters, and reports.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
  • Coordinate documentation processes (visas, certificates, forms, approvals, etc.).

Customer Service & Operations:

  • Communicate with clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Follow up on client requests and ensure timely processing.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners.
  • Assist management with scheduling and daily operations.

Communication & Coordination:

  • Maintain professional communication with clients and partners.
  • Ensure smooth information flow between departments.
  • Support team members in day-to-day operational tasks.

Job Requirements:Language:

  • Good English communication (written & spoken).
  • Arabic is a strong advantage.

Technical:

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Comfortable using office systems and basic IT tools.

Professional:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail (very important for documents).

Experience:

  • Previous UAE experience in Admin / Operations / Customer Service preferred.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
