We are hiring a Customer Service & Operations Documentation Assistant to join our team in Dubai. This is an office-based role focused on customer support, administrative coordination, and handling official documents.
The ideal candidate should be organized, professional, and comfortable working in a multi-tasking environment with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:Administrative & Documentation:
- Handle daily office operations and document management.
- Prepare, draft, and follow up on official documents, emails, letters, and reports.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Coordinate documentation processes (visas, certificates, forms, approvals, etc.).
Customer Service & Operations:
- Communicate with clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up on client requests and ensure timely processing.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners.
- Assist management with scheduling and daily operations.
Communication & Coordination:
- Maintain professional communication with clients and partners.
- Ensure smooth information flow between departments.
- Support team members in day-to-day operational tasks.
Job Requirements:Language:
- Good English communication (written & spoken).
- Arabic is a strong advantage.
Technical:
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Comfortable using office systems and basic IT tools.
Professional:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail (very important for documents).
Experience:
- Previous UAE experience in Admin / Operations / Customer Service preferred.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
