Job Description:

Sabah Clinica Group is seeking to hire a full-time Call Center Agent for the medical field. The candidate must be fluent in Arabic and have at least one year of experience in a medical call center, clinic, or hospital.

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling patient calls, scheduling appointments, and responding to inquiries in Arabic professionally and courteously, while adhering to the center’s policies and maintaining patient confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer patient calls in Arabic
  • Schedule, confirm, and modify appointments
  • Enter and update patient data accurately in the system
  • Conduct follow-up calls when required
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with internal policies

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Arabic (mandatory)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical call center, clinic, or hospital
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
