Position Overview
The Office Girl will provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office. This role includes assisting staff, maintaining cleanliness and organization, serving refreshments, and performing basic office tasks. The ideal candidate should be reliable, well-organized, and able to handle multiple tasks in a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities Administrative Support
- Assist with filing, scanning, photocopying, and organizing documents (if required)
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail or deliveries (if required)
- Monitor office supplies and report shortages to management
Office Maintenance & Errands
- Ensure office areas, pantry, meeting rooms, and washrooms are clean and well-organized
- Serve refreshments (tea, coffee, water) to guests and staff when required
- Assist in arranging and setting up meeting rooms or office events
- Perform light office errands as needed
Reception & Guest Assistance
- Welcome visitors and guide them appropriately
- Support basic reception duties when required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as an office helper or similar role is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (printer, scanner, photocopier)
