A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly do:
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience
- Act as the main point of contact for guest requests, inquiries, and feedback
- Build strong relationships with guests, anticipating and personalizing their needs
- Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution in line with brand standards
- Coordinate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Assist VIP guests and ensure all preferences and special requests are well communicated and fulfilled
- Maintain accurate guest profiles and records in the system
- Promote hotel services, facilities, and outlets to enhance guest satisfaction
- Uphold InterContinental brand standards, grooming, and service excellence at all times
What we need from you:
- Previous experience in a similar Guest Relations or Front Office role within a luxury or upscale hotel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a guest-first mindset
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage
- Knowledge of Opera or similar PMS is preferred
