A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly do:

  • Welcome guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience
  • Act as the main point of contact for guest requests, inquiries, and feedback
  • Build strong relationships with guests, anticipating and personalizing their needs
  • Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution in line with brand standards
  • Coordinate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Assist VIP guests and ensure all preferences and special requests are well communicated and fulfilled
  • Maintain accurate guest profiles and records in the system
  • Promote hotel services, facilities, and outlets to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Uphold InterContinental brand standards, grooming, and service excellence at all times

What we need from you:

  • Previous experience in a similar Guest Relations or Front Office role within a luxury or upscale hotel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a guest-first mindset
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage
  • Knowledge of Opera or similar PMS is preferred
