Our hotel is seeking a skilled and friendly Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for food and beverage service. As a Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Take orders from guest and input them into the POS system
• Ensure accuracy of orders and communicate any special requests to the kitchen
• Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner
• Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
• Clear tables and reset them for the next guest
• Handle cash and credit card transactions and make change accurately
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Waitress or in a similar customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Education: High school diploma or equivalent
